Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Return Policy governs the terms under which ProSolutions Suriname N.V., ProSolutions International LLC, and ProSolutions International BV (collectively, “ProSolutions”) handle requests for refunds and returns of goods and services sold through our websites and physical operations. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are binding and enforceable under applicable law.

1. General Policy

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or return subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

– Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

– Services must be canceled within 7 calendar days of purchase unless work has already commenced.

– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

– Digital goods and customized services are generally non-refundable, unless defective or not delivered.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

– Downloadable software products or digital services after delivery.

– Gift cards and top-ups.

– Customized, installed, or special order products.

– Services that have been fully performed or partially delivered.

4. Process for Requesting Refunds or Returns

– Contact us at admin@prosolsu.com with your order number and reason for the request.

– Our support team will assess eligibility and provide further instructions.

– Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

– Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

– If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

– We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

7. Service-Based Refunds

– For services, refunds are only provided if no meaningful work has been initiated.

– Partial refunds may be granted based on the portion of work completed.

8. Legal Enforcement

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname and is enforceable in local courts. In the case of ProSolutions International LLC or BV, the applicable local laws of incorporation also apply. Any abuse or fraudulent return activity may result in refusal of refund or further legal action.
